Plateau By-Election Update: Fresh elections will take place today in Tudun Wada Kabong Ward (RA 13) and Naraguta B Ward (RA 10)

Recall a statement yesterday by Oliver Agundu, the Resident Electoral Commissioner for Plateau, who cited a shortage of ballot papers during the district’s Saturday rerun as the reason behind this decision.

Hence, polls will be open from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm today in the following Polling Units and wards:

1. Tudun Wada Kabong Ward (RA 13)

a. Polling Unit 043 – Ung Rimi Rukuba Road
b. Polling Unit 044 – Ung Chai Kabong, 45-Bauda Kabong
c. Polling Unit 046 – Alama Junction Rukuba Rd
d. Polling Unit 047 – Ung Chawai Kabong, 48-Utan PHC
e. Polling Unit 49 – Ung Sale Lane U/Soya
f. Polling Unit 50 – Ung Mata Kabong
g. Polling Unit 51 – Ung Jumaa Rd
h. Polling Unit 52 – Rockhaven Zaria Rd
i. Polling Unit 53 – JMDB Quarters
j. Polling Unit 54 – Post Office Zaria Road
k. Polling Unit 174 – Malam Fari Junction 2

2. Naraguta B Ward (RA 10):
a. Key Polling Unit 048 – Rafin Jaki
