God’s Mandate- Tinubu Emerges President-elect, Lalong Hails Victory as Triumph for Democracy-

In what can only be described as a major victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Director General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council and Governor of Plateau State, Simon Bako Lalong, has congratulated Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his election as the President-elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

According to Lalong, the victory of Tinubu is an act of God that vindicates his many years of hard work, perseverance, and commitment to the democratic development of Nigeria. He also noted that the APC has proven itself to be a party that has diversity and acceptance among Nigerians of all persuasions.Lalong further expressed his gratitude to the Chairman of the PCC, President Muhammadu Buhari, and the entire leadership of the APC for spearheading a robust campaign that got the buy-in of Nigerians as well as generated goodwill and acceptance of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

He went on to say that the election of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kashim Shettima will usher in a new vista in the nation as they have promised to ensure peace, unity, justice, equity, and fairness to all Nigerians irrespective of their backgrounds.

Lalong also commended the President-elect for reaching out to other contestants to join hands with him in building a greater future for all Nigerians, saying this is reassuring. While commending the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for conducting a credible election despite the few challenges, Lalong advised candidates and political parties who have complaints to use legal means provided by the constitution to ventilate their grievances, rather than inciting citizens to engage in any act that could jeopardize the peace and security of the nation.

In conclusion, Lalong called on all Nigerians to join hands with the incoming administration to build a better future for the country. He also urged Nigerians to put aside their differences and work towards the common goal of making Nigeria great again.
