University Of Jos Agog As Solap Furniture Ltd Donates Drawing Tables And Stools To The Dept Of Architecture

Solap Furniture Ltd is an ISO-certified furniture company with competence in educational and corporate furniture furnishing various offices, lecture halls, and laboratories for higher institutions across the country.

The company presented 50 drawing boards and stools, creating a dedicated space for students to develop their skills and nurture their creativity.

Receiving the items on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, the DVC academics who led the entire University management to the occasion highlighted the generosity by Solap while encouraging other alumni to copy the act by Solap.

This generous contribution underscored Solap’s long-standing commitment to social responsibility and fostering the next generation of architects in Nigeria. The newly christened “Solap Studio” provides a dedicated and well-equipped environment for students to hone their technical skills, engage in collaborative projects, and bring their architectural visions to life.

We are happy to support the Department of Architecture at the University of Jos with this donation. This university played a major role in equipping a large number of our team at Solap, and Solap as a company is dedicated to empowering future generations of architects in Plateau State and Nigeria. The Solap Studio would provide students with the resources and space they need to thrive and contribute significantly to the future of architecture in our country
